Join us with your team for the ultimate Christmas party, on Friday 15th December for our Corporate Festive Dining Evening – Henry Isaac will perform lively party Christmas music, ambient jazz, and folk on the 15th.

These intimate performances from our favourite musicians will complement your evening of exceptional food and Balfour wines.

Arrive at 7.30pm for a welcome drink, before being seated for a tasting of three of our Balfour Wines followed by a delicious four-course dinner. The evening concludes at 10.30pm.

Sparkling Wine Masterclass

Chapel Down

Friday 1st December


£85 per person


Immerse yourself in the world of Sparkling wine. This entertaining and educational experience is 3.5 hours and will take you from the origins of fabulous fizz to the current industry and the famous brands within it. You will take a tour of our estate from ground to glass, going through all our vineyard procedures and wine production specific to the traditional method of Sparkling wines. This will be followed by an in-depth wine tasting of sparkling wines from all over the world including our award-winning wines. The wines will be accompanied by a small selection of cheese and charcuterie.


Festive Wine Dinner


Friday 22nd December


£125 per person

Enjoy a welcome glass of our iconic sparkling wine by the fire in our on-site restaurant The Swan, followed by a seasonal five course menu, designed by the Executive Chef and paired with wines by Head Winemaker Josh Donahay-Spire. The evening experience will be hosted by a senior brand ambassador who will present each food and wine pairing.

Christmas Craft Workshop


Join us for a festive afternoon of making and decorating, accompanied by a glass of wine or fizz. Decorate a stylish wine bottle using glass paints and pens, creating a beautiful recycled candle holder decoration - and hand-roll a lovely natural beeswax candle for it.

Christmas Three Course Lunch

Convivial and social, our Christmas lunches are the perfect way to start the festive season with friends and family. Head Chef Anthony Coppard has created a mouth-watering three-course menu, showcasing our fantastic local produce. Meanwhile, Laura Rhys, Master Sommelier, has paired each dish with a favourite Gusbourne wine.

Festive Tasting Flights

£35 per person

Dates: Wednesdays, Thursday, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays throughout December

Warm yourself in our cosy tasting rooms and experience a taste of Christmas with our special festive tasting flights. You will enjoy a relaxed one-hour tasting of four sparkling wines, alongside a festive cheese board, hand selected and prepared by our chef team.

Blanc de Blancs Vertical Tasting & Lunch

£115 per person

Date: Saturday 27th January 2024

This vertical tasting is a wonderful opportunity to compare and enjoy our award-winning sparkling from a variety of vintages, side by side. Delve into the world of this iconic style of sparkling wine and enjoy limited releases, such as our single vineyard and late disgorged Blanc de Blancs, alongside a delicious three-course lunch.

Kick-start the New Year and beat the January blues when you book the ‘Squerryes New Year Celebration Evening’ where you can enjoy a fabulous 6-course tasting menu at The Winery Restaurant with family and friends on 5 January 2024.  There is also a delicious vegetarian option available.


The evening will take place in the award-winning Squerryes Winery Restaurant and bookings can be made from 6.30pm onwards at £70 per person with optional wine pairings to compliment the flavours in each course for £60 per person. 

‘Squerryes with Friends’


A new event will take place on 18 January 2024 in the Cork Room in Squerryes Winery Restaurant.  ‘Squerryes with Friends’ will welcome Matthew Sankey from Sankey's Tunbridge Wells and diners can look forward to a Squerryes and canapé reception, followed by a six-course fish tasting menu, with Matthew sharing his experience of preparing and choosing seasonal fish before Squerryes Head Chef Seamus takes over the cooking. Squerryes owner Henry Warde will also be talking about wine and diners have the option to add a wine pairing to each course to enhance the experience.


Arrive at 7pm and dinner will be at 7.30pm with a 10.30pm finish. Matthew will demonstrate how to prepare two types of fish before Squerryes Head Chef Seamus cooks each dish.


Squerryes owner Henry Ward will give a talk on award winning wines from Squerryes Vineyard.
